Affordable Housing for Women-in-Need, specifically targeted for low income families. The project is funded via Low Income Housing Tax Credit, NYC HPD and New York State Homeless Housing Assistance Program (HHAP). The building 176,000 Gross Square Feet and there will be combined total 161 one bedroom and Studio apartments with Social Services office and other support spaces. The building structure comprises of Pre-cast Hollow Core Concrete planks Floors, Masonry bearing wall and interior drywall partitions etc. Outdoor playground areas and parking site amenities. |
